aku nak benti isap rokok la... tp susah ya amat. i don't think i can easily quit. but i know (coz i have done it) that i can smoke less...
skrng ni, aku isap rokok 2 3 btg je sehari. not 23 ok... 2/3 je sehari...
bangge wooo....
tp time aku tension,keje banyak,tido kurang aku kena gak isap....
nnti kawin boleh kurang lg kot sbb..... hahahahaha....
jgn marah syg... hehe...
dah... aku nak buat keje...

yer la tu..aku dah maleh nak complain..dah berzaman bising..nak rehat ja..apa mau buat, buat sekarang..
jgn berhenti terus tau..klu stop slow2 ble la..nnt jd cam aku...ting tong...masuk wad free 4 hari 3 malam dek kerana berhenti merokok...penyelesaian nyer...
isap la rokok balik..sebatang dua pon jadi la..janji paru2 tu tak penuh ayaq..
aku g tanye doktor, dia pun ckp yg same.hehe...
so,isap tp kurangkan...
mana angkat itu gambar...aku baru prasan la gambar rokok rupanyer tu...hehehe.
